Who each one is right for, what they publish about price, and what to ask before you hire. Updated October 2026.
There is no single best AI UGC agency. For flat-price volume, EditClub. For per-video AI ads with no retainer, FrameGen. For human and AI creators together, Spark UGC. For a strategy-led AI agency on Meta built for supplement, skincare and makeup brands spending $50K or more a month, Whim Creative. For large brands that want full-service growth, Darkroom or Biddyco.
We're Whim Creative, and we're on this list. Most "best UGC agency" lists are written by an agency that ranks itself first. We'd rather tell you who each one is actually for, using what each company says on its own site. Prices are as listed in October 2026. If something here is out of date, email hello@whimcreative.xyz and we'll fix it.

We're built for one kind of brand: DTC supplement, skincare and makeup brands spending $50K or more a month on Meta, that want an agency to own the creative strategy as well as the production. If that's you, start with Prove It: $997 for 3 videos and 5 statics, credited toward a monthly plan. Monthly plans run from $4,500 to $25,000 a month, and bigger brands can work with us on a performance-based deal. See how our AI ad agency works, or read what an AI UGC agency costs first. If you're earlier than that, a tool or a per-video studio above is probably the better first step.
A team that makes creator-style video ads for you with AI: the script, the AI presenter or scenes, the edit, and usually the strategy behind which angles to test. A tool gives you the software and you do that work yourself.
It depends on what you need. For flat-price volume, EditClub. For per-video AI ads with no retainer, FrameGen. For human and AI together, Spark UGC. For a strategy-led AI agency on Meta, built for supplement, skincare and makeup brands spending $50K or more a month, Whim Creative. For large brands that want full-service growth, Darkroom or Biddyco.
Use a tool if you have someone in-house who can write angles, judge a take and edit. Use an agency if that person is the bottleneck. The software is the cheap part. Deciding what to test and making the product look right is the work.
Not as a real customer. US endorsement rules expect a testimonial to reflect a real user's honest experience, so a good agency has its AI presenters explain, demonstrate or read real reviews. Ask how they handle it.
Published prices run from about $140 per video at per-video studios, to about $1,600 a month for flat-volume plans, to several thousand a month for strategy-led agencies. Larger agencies usually do not publish prices. See our full cost breakdown.
