By submitting assets to Whim Live LLC ("we," "us") and requesting our free AI creative ad(s), you (the "Brand") grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use: (a) the deliverables we create for you; and (b) your brand name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, product imagery, and any other materials you provide as they appear within those deliverables, solely to: (i) showcase our work in our portfolio, website, social channels, presentations, and case studies; and (ii) run paid advertising that promotes our services. We will not state or imply that you endorse us. On written request to leo@whim.live, we will remove such uses within 5 business days. You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to any assets you provide and that our uses under this section will not infringe any third-party rights. We may make light edits to the deliverables (e.g., cropping, compilations, reels) so long as such edits do not misrepresent your brand.
Marketing & Telemarketing Consent (AI/Autodialed Calls/Text)
By checking the box and clicking "Submit," you agree that Whim Live LLC and our service providers may call or text the phone number and contact the email you provide for marketing purposes, including using an automatic telephone dialing system and/or artificial, AI-generated, or prerecorded voice. You understand that consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to texts, saying "stop" on a call, or emailing leo@whim.live. We may record and monitor calls for quality and compliance. You agree that checking the box and clicking "Submit" constitutes your electronic signature and that we may retain records of your consent.
