We will not state or imply that you endorse us. On written request to leo@whim.live, we will remove such uses within 5 business days. You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to any assets you provide and that our uses under this section will not infringe any third-party rights. We may make light edits to the deliverables (e.g., cropping, compilations, reels) so long as such edits do not misrepresent your brand.
By checking the box and clicking "Submit," you agree that Whim Live LLC and our service providers may call or text the phone number and contact the email you provide for marketing purposes, including using an automatic telephone dialing system and/or artificial, AI-generated, or prerecorded voice. You understand that consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to texts, saying "stop" on a call, or emailing leo@whim.live. We may record and monitor calls for quality and compliance.
